University applicants must first register on the website www.portal.edu.az.
Then, the following documents must be submitted to the admission committee of the university:
1. Identity card (original and 6 copies);
2. Six ID photos, size 3x4;
3. Electronic version of the 3x4 photo sent to the email address: admiu.qebul@mail.ru;
4. Health certificate;
5. Certificate or diploma (original document);
6. Two copies of the military ID or call-up order for military service;
a. the original and a notarized copy of the applicant's migration card, registered until the end of the current year;
b. applicants who are members of the martyr's family: the original and a notarized copy of the "Member of the martyr's family" certificate; the original and a notarized copy of the parent’s death certificate;
c. for children of citizens with disabilities: the original and a copy of the applicant’s birth certificate, a notarized certificate confirming disability (only in cases of protecting the independence of the territorial integrity and constitutional order of the Republic of Azerbaijan);
d. applicants who have lost one or both parents before they reach the age of 23: the original and a notarized copy of the parent’s death certificate; a notarized copy of the certificate of professional incapacity for the parent; the original and a notarized copy of the marriage certificate.
Documents are admitted on Monday-Thursday from 10:00 to 17:00.
