Arif Azizov Mohubali oglu was born on January 3, 1943, in Baku.

In 1966, he graduated from the A. Azimzade Art School, and in 1971, from the Graphic Design Department of the Moscow Higher Institute of Art Industry named after Count Stroganov.

He has been a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan since 1975 and of the Union of Designers of Azerbaijan since 1981.

His works are held in private collections in Moscow, the USA, France, Senegal, and Iran. He actively participates in national and international exhibitions.

Honorary titles, awards, achievements:

In 1985, he was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, and in 1992, he received the title of Professor. In the same year, he was granted the honorary title of Honored Artist of Azerbaijan.
