The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center operates under the Vice-Rector for International Relations at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).
The Center was established in October 2023 within the framework of the Erasmus+ ENGAGE (Strengthening Sustainable Entrepreneurial Ecosystems in Higher Education Institutions in Azerbaijan) project, coordinated by Mingachevir State University.
Mission
The Center promotes innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable institutional development by supporting initiatives that strengthen the links between education, research, creativity, and innovation.
Its activities focus on:
- fostering innovation and entrepreneurial thinking within the University community;
- supporting the commercialization of intellectual property and creative ideas;
- encouraging collaboration between academia, industry, and the creative and cultural sectors;
- contributing to the University’s strategic and sustainable development;
- promoting innovative approaches in higher education in line with international best practices.
Through its activities, the Center seeks to cultivate an entrepreneurial culture, support innovative projects, and enhance students’ and staff members’ entrepreneurial competencies.
