Administrative Departments

The Academic Affairs Department is the University's principal administrative unit responsible for the organization, coordination, management, and quality oversight of the educational process.

The Department of International projects and Affairs of foreigners is responsible for coordinating the University's international project activities, fostering international partnerships, and supporting international students throughout their studies at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).

The International Relations Department was established in 2025 within the Office of the Vice-Rector for International Relations to strengthen and expand the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts' (ASUCA) international partnerships.

The Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning Department was established in 2022 to support the continuous enhancement of academic quality and institutional development at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).

The Department of Public Relations, Marketing and Artificial Intelligence was established in February 2024 by decision of the Academic Council of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).

The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center operates under the Vice-Rector for International Relations at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).

The Facilities Management Department is responsible for maintaining and developing the University's physical infrastructure and ensuring that its facilities provide a safe, functional, and well-equipped environment for teaching, learning, research, and creative activities.

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) and Technical Services Department operates under the Vice-Rector for Administrative Affairs and is responsible for maintaining and developing the University's digital infrastructure and technical support services.

The Accounting and Financial Reporting Department is responsible for the financial management and accounting operations of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).

The General Administration Department is responsible for managing the University's official documentation, records management, correspondence, and administrative procedures.

The Human Resources Department is responsible for developing and implementing the University's human resource policies and supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of qualified academic and administrative staff.

The Electronic Learning Management and Examination Department was established in 2017 to support the digital management of academic processes and ensure the effective organization of examinations at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).

The Research and Doctoral Studies Department coordinates the University's research activities and doctoral education, supporting the development of academic scholarship, artistic research, and research capacity at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).
