The Accounting and Financial Reporting Department is responsible for the financial management and accounting operations of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA).
The Department oversees financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting, ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with national legislation and institutional regulations.
Main Areas of Activity
The Department is responsible for:
- preparing and maintaining the University’s financial and accounting records;
- developing and monitoring budget plans and financial forecasts;
- coordinating financial planning with the University’s academic and administrative units;
- overseeing the implementation of approved budgets;
- managing procurement procedures for goods, works, and services in accordance with applicable regulations;
- administering contracts and monitoring their implementation;
- supporting the University’s financial sustainability through effective financial management and reporting.
