The Human Resources Department is responsible for developing and implementing the University's human resource policies and supporting the recruitment, development, and retention of qualified academic and administrative staff.

Reporting directly to the Rector, the Department plays a key role in ensuring that the University’s human resources align with its strategic priorities and institutional objectives.

Main Areas of Activity

The Department is responsible for:

  • managing recruitment and selection processes in accordance with institutional policies and national legislation;
  • maintaining personnel records and employment documentation;
  • preparing employment contracts and personnel-related administrative orders;
  • managing the University’s human resources information system and maintaining digital personnel records;
  • supporting staff professional development and career advancement;
  • contributing to the preparation of job descriptions and position requirements;
  • monitoring attendance and compliance with workplace regulations;
  • responding to inquiries related to human resources and preparing official correspondence within its area of responsibility;
  • promoting a supportive working environment that encourages professional growth, employee engagement, and institutional excellence.

Through these activities, the Department contributes to attracting, developing, and retaining highly qualified personnel while supporting the University’s long-term strategic development.
