Rzayeva was born in Baku on August 29, 1980.
He graduated from the Baku School of Choreography in 1997. From 1997 to 2010, he worked at the Azerbaijan State Philharmonic Hall, and from 1999 to 2002, at the Musical Comedy Theatre.
He enrolled in a bachelor’s degree at the University of Azerbaijan in 1998 and in 2002 in the magistrates’ department and graduated in 2004.
Since 2016, he has been a professor in the Department of Choreography and Stage Movement.
Since 2010, he has been a lecturer at the Department of Choreography and Stage Movement at Azerbaijan State University, serving as Dean of the School of Acting Arts since 2013, Senior Lecturer since 2015, Dean of the Theatre School since September 14, 2015, and Assistant Director since 2017.
