Call for Applications: International Student Admission at ASUCA for 2025/2026

Classes for Bachelor’s and Master’s programs will begin on September 15, 2025.

Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ASUCA), the country’s only higher education institution specializing in culture and the arts, is now accepting applications from international students for the Preparatory Course, Bachelor’s, and Master’s programs for the 2025/2026 academic year.

With a strong academic foundation, a vibrant creative atmosphere, and highly qualified faculty, ASUCA offers international students a truly unique and enriching educational experience.

Application Method:        
Applications must be submitted electronically via portal.edu.az.      
A detailed PDF instruction on how to register on the portal is available.
Applicants must choose their field of study and language of instruction through the portal. Candidates who successfully pass the initial stage will be invited to an online interview.

Application by Program Level:

Preparatory Course
Tuition fee: 900 USD
Required documents:

  • Secondary school certificate and transcript (apostilled and translated into Azerbaijani if obtained abroad) or bachelor’s diploma and transcript (apostilled and translated),
  • Passport,
  • 3×4 cm photo,
  • Medical certificate (including HIV, Hepatitis B and C test results).
    Languages of instruction: Azerbaijani and Russian

Bachelor’s Degree
Tuition fee: 2000 USD
Required documents:

  • Secondary school certificate and transcript (apostilled and translated into Azerbaijani if obtained abroad),
  • Passport,
  • 3×4 cm photo,
  • Medical certificate (including HIV, Hepatitis B and C),
  • Language proficiency certificate (if available).
    Languages of instruction: Azerbaijani and Russian

Master’s Degree
Tuition fee: 2500 USD / MBA: 3000 USD
Required documents:

  • Bachelor’s diploma and diploma supplement (apostilled and translated into Azerbaijani if obtained abroad),
  • Passport,
  • 3×4 cm photo,
  • Medical certificate (including HIV, Hepatitis B and C),
  • Language proficiency certificate (if available).

Languages of instruction: Azerbaijani, Russian.

Languages of instruction for MBA: Azerbaijani and English

Important Note:
All diplomas must be apostilled and translated into Azerbaijani by a notary-certified translator.
