Director of the General Department
Mirzayeva Aygul Telman’s daughter was born in 1992 in Baku.
He graduated from the AdMIU School of Culture in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in international relations and economics at Baku State University in 2022.
Beginning in 2016, A.Mirzayeva worked as an operator, cargoman, expert, and leading expert in the General Department and was appointed director of the General Department on 30.03.2022. He is the author of many articles and essays. Since 2021, he has been a member of the New Azerbaijani Party.
On 26.09.2022, HRCI successfully completed the HR Beginner National Certification Program, which was formerly accredited by the International Accreditation.
Beginning in 2022, he began his scientific career in the Department of Social and Political Sciences of the ADMIU and is also a clock teacher at the Department of International Relations and Economics at Baku State University.
