Eyvazova, the only Mohamed’s daughter, was born in 1961 in Baku.

From 1978 to 1983, he studied at the Azerbaijani Institute of Public Arts (now ASUCA) and graduated in 1983.

Beginning in 1983, he began teaching at the Department of Cultural Education at the institute (now ADMIU).

From 1986 to 1990, he studied philosophy and was awarded a bachelor’s degree in the field.

In 1991 he began working as a full-time minister at the ADMIU, became the principal teacher in 1993 and was elected a file assistant in 2000.

In 2012, Eyvazova enrolled in the Ph.D. program in Theory of Science at ASUCA and conducted doctoral research titled “Valuation of Historical and Cultural Monuments in the Context of Museums.” She is the author of more than 40 articles, 4 textbooks, 2 manuals, 1 monograph, 1 methodological guide, and over 10 teaching materials.

Since December 2015, he has been serving as the Director of the Department of Museums.
