Arif Azizov Mohubali oglu was born on January 3, 1943 in Baku.

In 1966, he graduated from the A. Azimzade Art School, and in 1971, he graduated from the Graphic Design Department of the Moscow Higher Institute of Art Industry named after Count Strogonov.

He has been a member of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan since 1975, and a member of the Union of Designers of Azerbaijan since 1981.

His works are kept in private collections in Moscow, the USA, France, Senegal, and Iran. He is an active participant in republican and international exhibitions.

Honorary titles, awards, achievements:

In 1985, he was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honor, and in 1992, he received the title of professor. In 1992, he was awarded the honorary title of Honored Artist of Azerbaijan.
